Setting delegates for emails
4Degrees sends a number of email notifications to each user - including recaps of contacts you've met recently, or if you're flying to a city where you know contacts.
However, you may not be the person who handles your calendar or travel - so we created the ability to select a 'delegate', who can receive these emails alongside you. The delegate email addresses will be included on all selected emails sent by the system.
This functionality is most commonly used for Executive or Administrative Assistants, who would want to be in the loop when there are meetings, trip notifications or new deal notifications emails.
- To set Delegates for Emails, select the Settings icon to the top right of the page and then click on 'Account settings'.
2. Locate Email Notifications on the bar below the icon.
3. Scroll down to Delegate email addresses and switch the option to On .
4. Now, add the Delegate email to the slot that appears and click 'Add delegate'. Click Save.
The delegate email address will then be included on all selected emails sent by the system.
