How can I see all of my / my team's reminders?

4Degrees allows you to set reminders to keep in touch with people in your network. If you want to view, edit, or make changes to your reminders, you can do this on the Reminders page.

There are several ways you can get to the Reminders page:
• Via the Dashboard
• Via an individual Contact page
• Via an individual Company page
• Via an individual Deal page

Getting to the Reminders page via the Dashboard

1. Click the Dashboard tab.

2. On the Dashboard page, if you already have one-time reminders set, you will see the Reminders section on the right side of the page.

3. On the Reminders section in the Dashboard, click into the Manage reminders button.

4. This will open up the Reminders page.

Getting to the Reminders page via an individual Contact page

1. Select the Contacts tab.

2. On the Contacts page, find the Contact you're setting a reminder for (or any contact if you just want to get to the Reminders page). Click into the Contact name to get to the individual Contact page.

3. On the individual Contact page, click into the Manage reminders button in the Reminders section.

4. Now, you're on the Reminders page.

Getting to the Reminders page via an individual Company page

1. Select the Contacts tab.

2. On the Contacts page, choose the Companies option from the dropdown menu.

3. On the Companies page, find the Company you're setting a reminder for (or any Company if you just want to get to the Reminders page). Click into the Company name to get to the individual Company page.

4. On the individual Company page, click into the Manage reminders button in the Reminders section.

5. Now, you're on the Reminders page.

Getting to the Reminders page via an individual Deal page

1. Select the Deals tab.

2. On the Deals page, find the Deal you're setting a reminder for (or any Deal if you just want to get to the Reminders page). Click into the Deal name to get to the individual Deal page.

3. On the individual Deal page, click into the Manage reminders button in the Reminders section.

4. Now, you're on the Reminders page.

Managing reminders from the Reminders page

1. On the Reminders page, you can manage the pending and upcoming reminders you scheduled by either editing the reminder, marking it as completed, or deleting it.

2. If you choose to Edit a reminder, you can change the reminder date and add notes as needed (see below).

3. On this page, you can also Add a reminder.

4. If you're looking for a particular reminder/set of reminders, you can also filter your reminders by Reminder Type, Completed Reminders, and Assigned To.

5. If you don't have reminders saved yet, the Reminders page will say No reminders to display.
