How many contacts should I set reminders with?

Setting recurring reminders in 4Degrees can help the product best enable your goals in a few different ways:

1. It ensures you stay engaged with critical relationships that you might otherwise let fade
2. It provides our system with additional signal about who is most important to you - so that we can prioritize our updates and recommendations accordingly.

However, setting too many reminders can quickly become overwhelming - especially when those reminders aren't well targeted to the set of people you care about.

In practice, we've found having reminders with 25-75 people (depending on your own bandwidth and role) to be manageable for most users.  As you get towards the higher end of the scale, we'd also advise setting most of those contacts to have longer time intervals for reminders (e.g. every 6 months).
