How do I change my contact reminder intervals?
Depending on the cadence that makes sense for your relationships, our default recurring reminder options (1 month, 3 months, and 6 months) may not be the correct set of timeframes. We provide additional options that you can select from to have this better fit your team!
To do this:
1. Click Settings (the gear icon in the top right-hand corner of the 4Degrees window)
2. In the dropdown that appears, click Account Settings
3. In the horizontal navigation menu (close to the top of the page), click "Recurring Reminders"
From here, you'll see the options currently in use for your contacts, and can use the dropdown underneath each to change it as you see fit.
