Choosing to Share No Information with Your Team Affects Functionality

When you choose to share "no information" about your contacts with your teammates - some functionality will be affected.

The last interaction date field will be blank

When you choose to share no interaction log information with your teammates, the last interaction date field will show "no activity found". It will look this way for you and your teammates. Even if you have had recent interactions with that contact, that field will show "no activity found". Here's an example of what it will look like:

This has many more implications for your teammates. Your teammates will not be able to see when you last interacted with a colleague. This could affect reports, contacts and deals.

We recommend sharing "last interaction date" 

We recommend sharing the "last interaction date" to prevent these functionality issues. When you choose to share the "last interaction date" your teammates will only see the date of your last interaction - they will not get any other information about the interaction.
