How do I change my billing credit card or retrieve invoices?

4Degrees provides a customer billing portal that allows you do to a number of billing management activities on demand, including changing your billing credit card and retrieving a copy of your invoices.   To do this, you'll need to create a billing portal account (which is powered by a separate software provider of ours!).  

If you haven't yet set up a customer portal account, ask the person who initially put in payment information for 4Degrees to:

1. Go to our billing provider portal (https://4degrees.chargebeeportal.com/portal/login)

2. Click "New User?  Get your signup link here"

3. In the "Email Signup Link" box, enter your email address:

4. Soon afterward you'll receive an email from ablorde@4degrees.ai with the title "Manage your subscription", and a link to finish setting up your customer portal account:

5. Clicking that link will take you to a page where you can create and confirm your password for the billing portal:

6. Upon doing so, you'll be let into your personalized billing portal, where you can change your billing method and retrieve invoices going forward.
