Maintenance windows
On a monthly basis, 4Degrees reserves a short window of time to do a regular set of infrastructure and server updates. The most common maintenance window we utilize is from 3 am to 7am CT on the first Saturday of each month. During this timeframe, our system may be inaccessible for users. From time to time, we may also communicate other windows of expected downtime to perform needed upgrades and maintenance on an as-needed basis - if we do so, we will provide advance notice ahead of time.
Note: The 4Degrees team is generally developing and releasing new features and product improvements on a multiple-times-a-week basis. These feature releases are integrated into the product on a continuous basis, and will not impact system access as they are made available.
