Differentiate sharing settings by teammate

Depending on the dynamics of your team, you may have members of your team that you'd like to share more (or less) of the content of your contacts and interactions with than others.   To enable that, 4Degrees lets you set exceptions to your standard sharing settings for specific teammates.  

Note: only the user who is making these changes will have their contact / interaction sharing impacted as a result.

To enable this for your account:

1. Click the gear icon in the top right, and click the "Sharing Settings" option in the dropdown: 2, Click "Sharing Setting Exceptions" at the top of the page.

3. Here, you can select the teammates you'd like to share more / less with than your default settings across both contact details (e.g., email addresses, tags, work experience) and interaction details (e.g., emails, calendar invites, notes).  These changes will reflect across the relevant contacts, companies, and deals tied to your contacts.
