Administrator controls on sharing settings

As an administrator on your team, you have control over the maximum amount of data your team can share with each other.  This may be useful in cases where there is internal sensitivity around having email and calendar data visible (even if accidentally) by teammates, or if there are team members who may be less savvy with understanding how their sharing settings work.

To modify this for your team:

  1. On the 4Degrees platform, look for the Gear icon (Settings) on the upper right portion of the window. Click into it and select Team Settings.

2. This will open up the Team sharing limits box. Update the sharing settings for your Contact details and Interaction details as you see fit. Save settings once done.

By setting the maximum at an administrator level, options that are not permitted will show up as "admin disabled" for any team members who might select them:
