Deal Lifecycle Report

The 4Degrees Lifecycle Report uncovers insights about how your team's deals have progressed in a specific time frame. This report reveals the historical data of how your deals have moved through stages, how long they stayed in each stage, and what stage they are currently in. 

Some high-level insights your team can gain from this report:
  • Identify where deals may be getting stuck in your pipeline (look for the "days in stage average" metric) 
  • Identify what types of deals tend to end in investments versus lost or passed deals
  • Easily calculate the conversion rate of each stage
  • Visualize how your deals have progressed in a given time frame (to change the time frame, select the "filter" button and filter by the "date received" field)

By default, this report will show your deal lifecycle from deals that have been added in the last 365 days, but you can change this date range by selecting the "Filter" button and filtering by the date received field.

To access the Deal Lifecycle Report in 4Degrees:

1. Click "Reports" in the navigation bar at the top of your page

2. Click "Contact Report" in the top left, and then "Deal Lifecycle Report" in the drop-down menu that appears.

3. You'll then land in our default lifecycle report - which will show you the historical stage changes from deals that have been added in the last 365 days. (You can change this date range by selecting the "filter" button and then changing the "date received" date range) By default, the table will show the deal name, days in stage, date received, which teammate is assigned to the deal, and the current stage that the deal is in. You can add or remove these columns by selecting the "Edit Columns" dropdown button.

To customize the report even more, select the Filter button to create a more specific report. 

Once you have the report in the format that you're looking for, you can also export it to a number of formats (PDF, CSV, and PNG).
