Meeting Recap Email

The meeting recap email gives you an overview of all the people you've met with. 

You can change the email settings on the Email Settings page. There you'll see two different settings that change the content of the email and a couple of settings that determine the time and frequency that the email is sent.

Includes contacts that exist in 4Degrees and recent interaction notes

If you want to see all the contacts you've met with, regardless of if they exist in 4Degrees or not, you'll want to choose this setting. You will also be sent the most recent interaction note for the contacts you met with (if a note exists). 

Only show contacts that aren't in 4Degrees

If you only want to see contacts you've met with that aren't in 4Degrees, you'll want to choose this setting. Here's an example of what this email will look like:
